Karsten Krüger has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

His background as a student of General Computer Science in Berlin gave him a broad base for his future activities, particularly at Schering AG and later at Bayer AG.

As a manager at Schering for almost 17 years, Krüger was responsible for a variety of functions, working in operations, on the specialist development of the company’s global electronic documents management system, and on the coordination of global systems as well as regulatory requirements and formats (eCTD, labeling, etc.) within Global Regulatory Affairs/Global Regulatory Operations.

He represented Bayer Schering Pharma AG on various committees (Telematics Working Group, PIM, etc.) convened by a range of organizations such as EFPIA.

After moving into business consulting, Krüger was able to further deepen his very broad knowledge particularly in the regulatory field, thereby gaining knowledge about the challenges, processes, and systems in place at other pharmaceutical companies.
