Since 1995, Gero Neidlinger has worked in a wide variety of roles and functions in the IT and life sciences sectors. These include software development, product management, as Marketing & Sales Manager, in HR & finance, as CEO/Managing Director and as Principal Consultant.

After setting up and heading a well-known IT consulting company with a focus on the life sciences in the 1990s, Neidlinger switched sides in 2007 and since then has represented the interests of his life science clients in a wide range of international project initiatives.

Thanks to his dedicated and longstanding personal interest in innovative technology issues – as well as his extensive background in international organizations and projects – as a longtime consultant and project manager, Neidlinger brings extensive knowledge and experience in the selection and adoption of measures and solutions designed to increase and enhance a range of business processes.

Through his activity on both the vendor and client sides, he is familiar with both worlds and is highly skilled at tying his expertise to the achievement of optimal and demonstrable results for his customers.
